No refunds once payment has been submitted. Players may request a credit for a future tournament if notification has been received prior to 6PM on the Saturday before the tournament, or in case of emergency prior to 8AM on the day of the tournament by SMS to Michael Poukchanski on 646-942-2940. The credit can be applied only for tournaments in the 2016-2017 academic year.
If a tournament must be cancelled due to events beyond our control (e.g. snow storms, blackouts, etc) , refunds will be issued in the form of credits good for any tournament within one year of the cancelled date. Unfortunately we are unable to offer cash refunds.
Any section changes MUST be made prior to the closure of online registration. Any section made after the online registration has closed will be subject to a $10 section change fee.
